Document environmental processes across climate, emissions and circularity Engage stakeholders to capture and structure sustainability workflows 6 month daily rate contract | Telecommunications | Sydney (Hybrid) Sustainability Governance & Process Manager Talent Insights are partnering with a large telecommunications organisation to hire a Sustainability Governance & Process Manager on an initial 6-month daily rate contract. This role sits within the central sustainability team and focuses on capturing and documenting how environmental processes operate across the organisation. The team is currently heavily focused on reporting, and this position will help bring structure to existing workflows by documenting processes, controls and governance frameworks. The role supports environmental initiatives across areas such as carbon emissions, energy, waste and circularity, helping ensure processes are clear, repeatable and aligned with evolving climate reporting and environmental governance requirements. You will work closely with teams across Networks, Procurement, Finance and Sustainability to understand existing processes and translate discussions into structured documentation. Responsibilities Run stakeholder discussions and workshops to understand current environmental processes Capture and document workflows across sustainability reporting and environmental programs Develop process maps, SOPs and governance documentation Translate operational discussions into clear and structured documentation Support the sustainability team in strengthening governance frameworks and controls Work with internal teams and external consultants to review and refine documentation Help prioritise key processes that need to be mapped and standardised What we’re looking for Experience working in sustainability, ESG or environmental reporting environments Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills Experience documenting processes, governance frameworks or operating models Ability to simplify complex discussions and translate them into clear documentation Understanding of climate frameworks, emissions reporting or circularity concepts is beneficial Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
