About the Opportunity As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting leaders to navigate complex people matters by providing trusted, balanced advice that considers compliance, ethics and business needs. You’ll coach and guide leaders to build capability, strengthen engagement and make well‑informed decisions that positively shape the employee experience across ECH. You’ll support effective change management, performance and development conversations, workforce planning and key People & Culture initiatives. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you’ll represent the employee perspective, help mitigate risk and enhance systems, processes and practices that contribute to a positive and high‑performing culture About You In this role, you will bring authentic relationship‑building capability, strong judgement and excellent communication skills, along with a genuine commitment to empowering leaders and strengthening the employee experience.
