Join CSI – and be part of a team that truly cares About You and The Role We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Officer to join our Finance team on a permanent full-time basis . In this role, you will provide financial and administrative support across the finance function , helping ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations. You will play an important role in supporting the financial management of the Support at Home program , including client fund administration, billing, contract management, and reporting. Your work will help ensure compliance with government funding requirements while supporting the efficient delivery of services to our clients. Key Skills and Experience Required For The Role: Provide financial administration support across the Finance team Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions Generate service delivery invoices for funding providers Support client fund administration and contract management Assist with financial reporting and reconciliation tasks Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance requirements are met Work closely with finance and operational teams to support service delivery Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance (or equivalent experience) Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and finance administration Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service focus Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and National Police Clearance , or willingness to obtain Highly desirable: Experience with NDIS or Aged Care billing Proficiency in Office 365, Xero, ApprovalMax, and CRM systems Access to a PRODA account Strong Excel skills Why You'll Love Working with Us At CSI, we don’t just talk about valuing our people - we show it Recognition & Reward - Your efforts won’t go unnoticed.
