Description About the role Are you a skilled Technical Analyst with strong SQL/PL‑SQL capability and experience in Superannuation or Pensions? Join our Data Solutions Team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of member data across our funds. In this role, you’ll work hands‑on with complex data scenarios, develop technical solutions, and collaborate across IT and business teams to drive meaningful improvements in data quality and service delivery. Role type : Permanent role Location : Based in Parramatta As a key contributor in the Data Solutions team, you will: Develop and test SQL and PL/SQL data rectification scripts aligned to fund rules, business requirements, and system configurations. Conduct technical analysis on member‑level data to identify issues, resolve defects, and support ongoing data integrity. Lead and support incident investigations, including first and second‑level analysis and root‑cause identification. Partner with Production Support, Project Teams, and IT Service Delivery to support efficient operations and change delivery. Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and troubleshoot queries. Raise ServiceNow incidents, JIRAs, approvals, and rollback requests where required. Take full ownership of tasks from analysis through to resolution and reporting. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone with: 5 years’ experience as a Technical Analyst (Superannuation/Pension experience essential). 7 years’ hands‑on Oracle SQL/PL/SQL or similar data technology experience. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience analysing and interpreting complex data scenarios. Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across teams. High attention to detail, accuracy, and a pragmatic mindset. Adaptability to work hours based on business needs. Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline (highly regarded).
