The Opportunity You will represent members across a broad range of industrial matters, including: Workplace disputes Enterprise agreement negotiations Contract negotiations Unfair dismissal claims Disciplinary processes Dispute resolution procedures Proceedings before the Fair Work Commission You will also provide strategic industrial advice and support to union leadership and officials, while maintaining regular engagement with members, management and external stakeholders. About You You bring demonstrated experience in industrial relations or employment law, strong advocacy capability, and confidence navigating complex workplace matters. Aviation sector exposure is advantageous but not essential. This is a hands-on, on-site role offering meaningful work in a technically sophisticated industry.
