The Role: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building meaningful relationships? We’re looking for a Consumer Engagement Consultant to join our dynamic team and be the voice of our brand across multiple channels. You will be the first point of contact for our consumers, responding to inquiries and complaints via phone, email, letter, and social media. You will play a key role in maintaining positive interactions, supporting brand strategy, and contributing to promotional and packaging initiatives. This full time, six month fixed term contract role offers an excellent opportunity to join a great team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver best-in-class responses to consumer inquiries and complaints. Adhere to complaint handling procedures and escalate safety concerns appropriately. Engage with consumers on all social media platforms. Act as a brand liaison, leading monthly meetings and preparing data reviews. Support promotional fulfilment and retail complaint resolution. Contribute to FAQs, DSL drafts, product packaging reviews and adhoc reporting. Key Requirements: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in managing and moderating social media engagement Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Service-oriented mindset with a team player attitude. Organisational and reporting skills. Experience in the food manufacturing industry is highly regarded. What do we offer?
