What You’ll Do This is more than a security role, it’s a role with purpose and impact. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing a strong security presence with exceptional customer service Supporting tenants, guests, and visitors professionally Conducting foot patrols and proactive safety awareness Managing access control and responding to client requests Responding confidently to incidents, alarms, and emergencies Building positive relationships with retail partners and centre management Completing clear incident reports and daily logs using digital systems Maintaining a high standard of presentation and communication What You’ll Bring To succeed with Assetlink, you’ll need: A valid (Insert State) Full Security Licence Current First Aid & CPR certification Strong communication and customer service skills Professional presentation and confidence dealing with the public Sound judgement and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster Full working rights in Australia Retail security experience is an advantage, but not essential.
