About The Role Bolton Clarke is seeking a passionate and experienced Philanthropy Specialist - Gifts in Wills to join our national fundraising team and help grow our bequest program. This is a permanent full-time position based at our Forest Hill office. As a key member of our Philanthropy team, you’ll play a vital role in identifying, cultivating, and stewarding relationships with donors, clients, and residents to secure future gifts that support our mission. You’ll be the face of our bequest program, hosting events, meeting with supporters, and guiding them through the process. What You’ll Do: Cultivate and secure new bequest commitments through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and events. Build strong, lasting relationships with donors, clients, and residents. Manage estate administration and liaise with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth transfer of gifts. Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing and Communications to promote bequest giving. Track and report on KPIs, financials, and engagement metrics. Represent our organisation at events and in the community to raise awareness of our work and impact. We would love to hear from you if you have Previous fundraising experience, ideally in bequests. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to connect with donors through meaningful conversations and presentations. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. A donor-centric mindset and commitment to long-term relationship building. High attention to detail and professionalism.
