Job Description We’re looking for a motivated and strategic Business Development Executive to lead revenue growth across our MICE, Corporate, and Leisure segments. This is a key sales role within our iconic five-star hotel, focused on proactive business development, strategic account management and strong conversion performance across key market segments. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted sales action plans across MICE, corporate and leisure markets to achieve revenue and market share objectives Proactively identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and market research Build and maintain strong relationships with PCOs, incentive agencies, corporate decision-makers, wholesalers and leisure partners Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, driving retention, negotiated agreements and incremental revenue Convert inbound enquiries efficiently with timely follow-up, strategic negotiation and attention to detail Collaborate with Accor National Sales and internal hotel departments to maximise cross-selling opportunities and deliver seamless client experiences Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis and performance reporting to support commercial strategy Represent Pullman Cairns International at trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and generate measurable ROI
