As one of our Internal Senior Talent Consultants, you’ll be the go‑to expert for all things talent. You will: Collaborate with Senior Leaders to determine recruitment needs and devise best practice operational strategy Ensure data driven decision and strategies are discussed and implemented. Manage end-to-end recruitment activity Seek innovative ways to attract and source candidates directly Make use of market insights to build out talent pipelines and create a more proactive recruitment strategy Build strong relationships with key internal clients and external stakeholders Collaborate with Marketing to drive brand awareness and EVP in market Collaborate with wider P&C team on talent needs and goals Maximise DEI opportunity through recruitment Ensure a positive candidate experience Deliver on high-profile recruitment projects Focus on process improvement and best use of systems to drive best practice Use data to understand opportunities to improve the recruitment experience and effectiveness Work with the Early Careers Senior Consultant to drive initiatives in the Perth office About you: You’re consultative, proactive and thrive on connecting people with opportunities. You bring strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and a genuine passion for talent.
