About This Role A leading Western Australian gold producer is seeking an experienced Remuneration & Benefits Advisor to join their People & Culture team on an ongoing contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a specialist reward role within a dynamic mining environment, supporting both corporate and site-based workforces. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the organisation's remuneration frameworks and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance and alignment with business strategy. You will work closely with operational leaders across site and corporate functions, providing data-driven insights and practical reward solutions within a complex industrial relations landscape. Key Responsibilities Remuneration Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis within the mining and resources sectorSupport annual salary review processes and remuneration modellingAssist with job evaluation and grading activitiesProvide analysis and recommendations on incentive and bonus structuresSupport enterprise agreement interpretation as it relates to pay and allowances Benefits Oversee employee benefits programs including superannuation and insuranceManage site-based allowances and roster-related entitlementsProvide reporting and insights on benefits utilisation and cost Governance & Reporting Ensure compliance with relevant awards, enterprise agreements and employment legislationMaintain remuneration policies and documentationDeliver workforce analytics and remuneration reporting to senior leadership Requirements Proven experience in remuneration, reward, or senior HR advisory rolesBackground within mining, resources, heavy industry or similarly complex environmentsStrong analytical capability with advanced Excel skillsExperience working with enterprise agreements and unionised workforcesSound knowledge of Australian employment legislationConfident stakeholder engagement skills across operational and executive levelsYOu must have current right to work in Australia to be considered for this role Benefits Exposure to a growing WA mining operationOpportunity to influence and strengthen reward strategy in a live operational environmentSalary sacrificingEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Corporate discounts About Brunel: Brunel is a recruitment and flexible workforce solution provider which connects talented people with opportunities throughout Australasia and around the world.
