About the Role As the People and Culture Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for general HR and WHS inquiries at Fiveight. This role provides key administrative and operational support to both the HR and WHS teams, ensuring seamless employee experiences and providing a high standard of compliance across the organisation. The position plays a key role in maintaining accurate people and safety data, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and enabling the People & Culture team to deliver effective, compliant, and people-centred outcomes. Key Responsibilities include: Support end-to-end recruitment administration, including job advertising, interview coordination, pre-employment checks, and employment contract preparation. Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring inductions, compliance requirements, and employee documentation are completed accurately and on time. Work closely with payroll to ensure accurate processing of starters, leavers, contract variations, leave, and safety-related payments. Maintain and update HRIS and safety systems (I.e., SafeAg), ensuring employees records are accurate, confidential, and compliant with legislation Provide administrative support for WHS activities, including maintaining documentation, registers, and assisting with reporting. Deliver general People & Culture administrative support, including managing the P&C/WHS inbox, supporting projects and reporting, and maintaining document control About you Here are the strengths you possess and the background you’ll need to be successful: Educational Background: Hold tertiary qualification(s) in Human Resources or related fields. Previous Experience: Well-developed organisational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience or exposure to using HR system, databases, or similar platforms, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Exposure to supporting recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance processes A basic understanding of employee lifecycle administration and HR compliance requirements, or willingness to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar office systems.
