In this role, you will support our Financial Business Partners by delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and strong financial governance to enable informed decision‑making across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, understanding business drivers, developing dashboards, and translating complex financial information into clear insights that drive better business outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver accurate and timely monthly reporting, including cost centre performance, project results, KPI dashboards and financial commentary to support Financial Business Partners. Analyse financial performance to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into meaningful input for business decision‑making. Support month‑end close activities, including journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and cost and revenue analysis. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including preparation of baseline data, templates, and variance analysis. Develop and maintain financial dashboards and visual reports, transforming complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights. Maintain financial structures, cost allocation methodologies, and reporting processes, supporting governance requirements and continuous improvement through automation and streamlining. About You A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with CA or CPA qualification (or working towards) preferred. Experience in Management Accounting, Financial Analysis, or a similar Finance role, including financial reporting and month‑end processes. Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Experience developing dashboards and visual reporting, ideally using Power BI, with strong data management skills across large datasets. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with experience working in ERP and financial planning systems, ideally SAP and Oracle EPM, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
