About the Role Reporting to the Directors, the Management Accountant will play a key role in delivering financial insights and supporting the performance of the business. Key responsibilities include: Preparation of monthly management accounts Supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting process with the external accounting team Monitoring project and contract performance, including cost tracking and margin analysis Assisting with cash flow forecasting and working capital management Developing and improving financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools Supporting the finance team with process improvements and system enhancements Providing ad-hoc financial analysis to senior leadership You will ideally have: Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce CA / CPA qualified or working towards completion Experience in management accounting, commercial finance, or financial analysis Experience within mining, resources, construction, or mining services is highly regarded Strong Excel and financial modelling skills Experience with ERP or accounting systems Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with operational stakeholders A proactive mindset and a desire to improve systems and processes If you are seeking a new role where you feel you can make a difference, please apply using the link provided.
