Reporting to our Sales Estimating Manager, you would be an integral member of our Operations team. This role is based at our Head Office in Varsity Lakes from 8:30am-5pm Monday - Thursday and 8:30am - 4pm Friday! Duties & Responsibilities Prepare accurate sales estimates for tenders and contracts for single and double storey new home designs. Obtain quotes and prices for variations. Prepare tender documentation for presentation to clients. Maintain quality checks of all documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity. The successful applicant will possess the following: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role preferred, however, entry level applicants welcome to apply Strong knowledge and understanding of Australian Building Standards, Council and Covenant requirements. Competent in systems such as Framework (desirable) Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written Passion for delivering clear and concise communication to internal and external clients Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines Why work with us?
