We are currently recruiting an Associate level lawyer (from around 3 to 5 years pae) for their growing CTP/MVA team. You will manage a diverse and high-quality portfolio of CTP and MVA matters, providing expert advice for clients during their most challenging times. This isn't just about managing files. It's about obtaining the best outcome for for clients who are, usually, in quite vulnerable positions. Key Responsibilities End-to-end management of a complex MVA/CTP caseload. Providing clear, practical legal and commercial advice to clients. Forging strong links with internal stakeholders, medical experts, and counsel. Ensuring exceptional service for injured parties What You’ll Bring 3–5 years PAE in Personal Injury Law with experience in MVA/CTP. Plaintiff or defendant. Lawyers with a mixed practice are encouraged to apply (you don't have to be doing CTP/MVA 100% of the time). Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with an ability to empathise with clients. A proactive, results-driven approach with a commitment to social justice.
