The Opportunity Due to growth an opportunity has arisen in Sydney to join a Top Tier Construction Disputes team. This is a rare chance for a motivated lawyer (around 3 to 8 years pae) to work on the most complex, high-value construction and infrastructure disputes in the region. You will be at the forefront of industry-shaping litigation and arbitration across the infrastructure & construction, transport, renewable energy, social infrastructure sectors. About The Team This team is renowned for its collaborative and national approach. You will work alongside some of the brightest legal minds in the country, advising a blue-chip client base—including major contractors and government entities—on: High stakes litigation and complex security of payment claims International & domestic arbitrations ADR for multi-billion dollar infrastructure projects Why Our Client?
