Senior Marketing Officer Salary: $91,307.84 per annum Closing: Friday 20 March 2026 Full Time – Permanent Greater Shepparton City Council is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Officer with strong capability in strategic marketing and behaviour change campaigns. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening community understanding of Council’s work and supporting the success of business units across the organisation. Your expertise in advocacy, investment attraction and branding will be essential as you contribute to campaigns that enhance the amenity, lifestyle and economic opportunities within Greater Shepparton. The position calls for a high level of conceptual and strategic thinking to advance Council’s marketing objectives. A disciplined, data driven approach is critical for evaluating campaign performance and informing future planning. You will provide leadership, guidance and support to two Marketing Officers, working closely with the Team Leader Marketing to deliver on the goals of the Council Plan. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive internal and external relationships are vital to success in this role.
