Internal Communications Officer Salary: $78,424.32 per annum Closing: Friday 20 March 2026 Full Time – Permanent We’re looking for a skilled communicator to help deliver clear, timely and engaging internal communications for Council staff. In this role, you’ll develop and deliver internal communication plans, create content for a range of staff audiences, and support key organisational projects. You’ll also assist with community consultation and engagement, media opportunities and Councillor communications. To succeed, you'll bring excellent writing and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities, and the confidence to build positive working relationships across the organisation. Political acumen and experience in a large organisation are an advantage. Qualifications and experience in communications, journalism or public relations are essential.
