About the Role In this senior leadership position, you will: Lead Major Transactions: Drive high-value M&A, capital raisings, and complex corporate restructures. Strategic Advisory: Advise a sophisticated client base in the property, infrastructure, and funds management sectors on joint ventures, ASX-listing rules, managed investment schemes. Client Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, including ASX-listed companies and large private entities. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a motivated team of Senior Associates and Solicitors, helping to shape the next generation of our client's talent. What You Bring 8 years PAE from a reputable Corporate/Commercial practice. Strong technical skills. A commercial, "solutions-focused" mindset.
