About the job CRM Architect Architects- CRM Exp. as Architect in CRM transformation programs / New Applications building / Major projects cutting across CRM systems. Exp. in CRM products(Ex: Siebel, Salesforce) and their Technical / functional architectures. Closely work with Solution designers, developers and tester teams in implementation life cycle. Exp. In CRM integration with Provisioning , Middleware and Billing systems Exp in collaborating with the Customer Architect teams and other stake holders. Telecom Domain exp. in CRM areas is preferable. Certification in TOGAF or other Architecture related preferable.
