IT Coordinator IT Operations Coordinator Senior IT Administrator / Systems Coordinator Location: Bayswater, WA Salary: $115,000 - $145,000 p/a Super (dependent on experience) Permanent, Full Time Position Working Hours: 8am - 4pm (flexible) Are you a self-motivated IT Coordinator with a passion for being hands on and looking at broader business objectives? Then this could be the role for you! About the Role: We're looking for an experienced IT / Systems Coordinator, ideally with a background in an SME / owner-operated environment or business. The role will see you work directly with the business leaders, joining the wider shared services team and working across a range of initiatives whilst, taking the lead on IT operational requirements. The role is a new role for their business so, needs someone that can proactively partner / work with the existing management team to, improve and build on existing IT processes, support the implementation of a brand new ERP system, whilst not causing disruption to existing operations. The role will require you to build strong internal relationships with multiple stakeholders to support the overarching delivery of the IT strategy and, day to day IT support required, across the business. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure (on-premises and cloud-based). Provide day-to-day IT support to staff, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues. Oversee ERP system implementation and develop own knowledge to be come ERP SME within the business, Manage databases, and software applications used across production, sales, and admin with the aim of driving efficiency initiatives through standardisation. Be forthcoming in proposing new systems that could improve the businesses tech stack and, operational efficiencies. Partner with external vendors for hardware, software, and managed service requirements. Lead IT projects to support business improvements, system upgrades, and automation opportunities. What You’ll Need: Ideally, 2 to 3 years in a similar position. Previous ERP systems experience and, where possible, implementation experience (beneficial but not essential) Ability to demonstrate being able to learn and master internal systems, in turn allowing you to provide hands on support and troubleshooting to fellow team members. Desire and ability to partake in both hands on and more strategic reviews of potential software that could benefit the broader business. Why Join?
