Who we’re looking for? Proven experience running end‑to‑end occupier leasing processes (tenant rep ideal, leasing/CRE acceptable). Strong business development capability from prospecting, pitching, negotiating and winning mandates. Commercially astute and analytical, with solid financial modelling capability. Strong understanding of lease terms and documentation, able to advise occupiers confidently. Excellent communication skills, including engaging senior executives and respectfully challenging positions. Deep market knowledge of Perth office and/or industrial, with ability to interpret and apply market data. Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, or Finance are well regarded but not essential. Hold a valid Agent’s Representative Certificate and driver’s licence. The role This role will provide strategic advice to occupiers across the office and industrial markets, delivering end‑to‑end tenant representation services. Working closely with the WA lead in a high‑trust, small-team environment, you’ll manage the full transaction lifecycle from initial brief, strategy and market engagement to inspections, financial modelling, negotiations and lease execution. This role suits a commercially astute advisor with strong market insight, excellent communication skills and the capability to independently run multiple occupier mandates. You will play a key part in strengthening Knight Frank’s tenant representation presence in Western Australia, contributing to pipeline growth, client outcomes and internal collaboration across the national TR platform. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end tenant representation mandates from brief and strategy through market engagement, inspections, negotiations and lease execution. Drive business development activity, including prospecting, relationship building, submissions/pitches and securing authorities. Provide clear commercial advice by analysing market conditions, rental evidence, incentives and risk. Run structured go‑to‑market processes, including EOIs, landlord engagement, shortlisting and timeline management. Negotiate Heads of Agreement and represent clients confidently with senior stakeholders. Build and review financial models to support recommendations and decision-making. Coordinate lease documentation with client legal teams, ensuring commercial terms are accurately reflected. Share market intelligence and collaborate internally, contributing to pipeline growth and team best practice.
