Overview Our client is a national property development group with years of projects in the pipeline. Due to growth, a new opportunity has arisen for a Client Side Project Manager to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering commercial property developments from concept through to completion. This is a hands-on, client-side role working closely with a high-calibre team of Directors, senior managers, and external consultants to drive successful project outcomes. About the Role You will manage multiple projects across all stages including due diligence, design, procurement, construction, and handover. The role requires strong contract administration skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Manage projects end-to-end across multiple development stages Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders Oversee design development, approvals, and procurement Administer contracts and manage project risks Monitor budgets, programmes, and cashflows Lead construction phase activities, including variations and progress claims Manage project handover, defects, and post-completion review About You Proven experience in project management within commercial construction or property development Background in construction is desired Strong contract administration and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, and document markup tools (e.g. Bluebeam/Adobe) Relevant degree in construction, property, engineering, or similar (preferred) Attributes Driven, organised, and accountable Confident and professional communicator Self-motivated with a high-performance mindset Occasional interstate travel required.
