Due to strong growth and exciting momentum within our business, we are seeking three high calibre Professional Indemnity Claims Officers to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of professional indemnity and financial lines claims, working end‑to‑end to deliver timely, commercially sound and customer‑focused outcomes. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and trusted external partners, applying your expertise to manage risk, control costs and drive positive claims experiences. What You’ll Do Manage a portfolio of professional and financial risk claims from validation to finalisation in a timely and cost-efficient manner in accordance with the Service Standard requirements; Determine appropriate policy coverage, including indemnity, legal liability and quantum issues; Appoint, instruct and liaise with service providers including solicitors, brokers, investigators, loss adjusters etc; Maintain realistic and adequate reserves/estimates on all claims to reflect ongoing claims cost and closely monitor significant estimate fluctuations. What You’ll Bring Experience managing a portfolio of long tail claims which may include casualty or professional indemnity or liability claims (highly regarded); Insurance claims experience; Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess information, identify key issues and determine practical solutions; A customer‑centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes within set timeframes.
