Sitting at the intersection of content, growth and performance, this senior role owns strategy, budgets and delivery—driving resort guest visitation, new Club member acquisition and strong commercial outcomes. You’ll also shape how RACV shows up across owned and social channels, maximising our exciting Club events and partnership roadmap as well as our amazing Resort properties across Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania. You’ll partner closely with Resort, Club and revenue teams, and lead a talented team to deliver impactful, insight‑led campaigns. Key responsibilities Lead and deliver the strategic marketing plan for RACV Resorts & Club, achieving annual KPIs Own and actively grow RACV Leisure social and owned channels in partnership with Group Social and the 1:1 Delivery Team Develop compelling value propositions, campaign strategies and creative briefs Manage creative and media agency partners, budgets and ROI measurement Build strong relationships across Resorts, Club, Product, Revenue and Marketing teams Coach and lead a high‑performing marketing team About you 7 years’ experience in strategic B2C marketing Strong social, content and digital marketing capability, including use of creators, influencers and partnerships to maximise marketing impact Commercial mindset with proven budget ownership and measurement focus Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills A highly creative, data‑driven approach with a passion for continuous improvement There’s so much on offer when you join RACV with benefits including Our flexible and informal work environment which helps bring balance between work and home.
