The opportunity: CSR is embarking on an exciting period of transformation, and we're looking for an experienced Change Lead to guide our people through it. In this role, you'll lead the management of change initiatives for key stakeholder groups, ensuring our strategic objectives are realised and that change becomes part of our everyday culture. As a Change Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and embedding change across multiple programs. You'll partner closely with senior leaders, influence decision-making, and ensure our people are supported, informed, and ready for what's ahead. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement integrated change management strategies and plans to deliver multiple initiatives in a cohesive, sustainable way. Build and strengthen senior stakeholder relationships, proactively influencing and partnering to maximise change awareness and benefits realisation. Identify and manage change impacts across stakeholder groups, presenting insights and recommended interventions at relevant forums. Lead the tactical delivery of change initiatives, including training, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with CSR's Change Management Framework. Drive effective change embedment and adoption, ensuring a smooth BAU handover and long-term sustainability of change outcomes. Enhance organisational change readiness by: Leveraging strategic communication initiatives from Group Communications to engage and inspire teams. Utilising capability uplift programs developed by the Head of Change and Head of OD to strengthen organisational change maturity. About You: You're a seasoned change professional who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to bring people on the journey. You're confident, collaborative, and skilled at navigating complexity with clarity and influence. Knowledge, Skills & Experience 7 years' experience delivering change strategies for large-scale systems and process transformations. Degree in Business, HR, Psychology or related field. Formal Change Management Qualification (must‑have) — e.g., PROSCI, APMG, CMI. Accreditation in Human Centred Design, Lean Change or Agile Change. Experience leading change on major digital (MS Dynamics, SAP), process transformation, and capability change programs. Strong communication skills with ability to tailor messages for all audience levels. Solid understanding of project management methods, tools and lifecycle stages. Experience leading or coaching change managers. Strong influencing, facilitation and stakeholder engagement capability.
