As HR Manager, you would make up part of a highly collaborative Head Office team and sit as part of the leadership team. About you: A minimum of 4-5 years experience in a HR related role, in a senior capacity, combined with formal qualifications in HR or a related field Previous experience leading a team across HR, people and culture and recruitment Strong experience with modern awards and industrial instruments. A strong knowledge base in IR and ER is ideal, but not essential Previous experience with transformational change, from a systems, processes and people perspective The ability to be adaptable, learn quickly and be high on the agency scale An intrinsic drive to embed strong, positive people and culture practices through fun team events and opportunities for collaboration Previous experience implementing new systems and processes A strong, values led leadership style that leads by example. This one is very important to us. The person stepping into this role needs to be willing to be hands on where necessary to support the current team. This position is not about pure strategy and HR support. Ideally, some previous experience in a care based sector (childcare, aged care or healthcare) Previous experience in high volume, fast paced environments will also be highly considered.
