Depending on your experience, your work may include: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements Assisting clients with daytoday advisory queries Supporting transactional matters Advising on risk, compliance, and governance issues Youll work closely with senior lawyers on complex matters while also having the opportunity to run your own files and build strong client relationships.
