ICT Project Manager Major NSW Government Digital Transformation Location: Parramatta Hybrid working Rate: flexible for the right candidate Contract Duration: until Dec 2026 (potential to extend) Start: ASAP A large NSW Government department is initiating a significant digital transformation program aimed at improving regulatory, environmental and compliance outcomes across the state. As part of this initiative, we are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead a complex, multiyear digital transformation focused on enhancing endtoend processes and stakeholder interactions. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a highprofile state priority program with wide-ranging community and industry impact. Key Responsibilities Plan, organise and coordinate delivery of a major digital transformation program from initiation through implementation. Lead governance forums including Project Control Groups and Project Working Groups, ensuring alignment with Terms of Reference and structured decisionmaking. Manage all aspects of project governance, compliance, delegations and assurance requirements. Develop and maintain core project artefacts such as PID, project plans, risk and issues registers, reporting dashboards and schedules. Produce highquality executive reporting, including Steering Committee papers and status reports. Manage procurement and commercial documentation in accordance with NSW Government policies and frameworks. Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple government agencies, delivery partners and external organisations. Skills & Experience Required Strong understanding of NSW regulatory and schemebased operating environments (experience with biodiversity offsets or similar frameworks highly regarded). Demonstrated experience delivering complex ICT projects within NSW Government. Proven stakeholder management across government agencies, delivery partners and external organisations. Experience with NSW Government procurement processes and documentation. Experience leading governance forums such as Project Control Groups and Project Working Groups in line with agreed Terms of Reference. Strong capability in executivelevel reporting, including preparation of Steering Committee papers and status updates. Excellent documentation, presentation and scheduling skills. What to do Next?
