Change Analyst Your new company As the Change Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting digital transformation initiatives by analysing, designing and developing data analytics and reporting to drive evidencebased decision making. You will contribute to the planning and execution of peoplecentred change activities by producing highquality insights, managing changerelated data, and supporting program governance across a range of transformation projects. Your new role Data Analysis Apply specialist knowledge to interpret and analyse change-related data. Provide insights, advice and evaluation to support improved performance and informed decisionmaking. Contribute to program assessment using evidencebased analytical methods. Quality Assurance Extract, cleanse and manipulate data from multiple sources. Conduct rigorous data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity. Generate meaningful insights and reporting to inform development of change management plans, actions and communications. Data Management Maintain and manage program change data, ensuring consistent processes for data collection and storage. Develop and manage change plans and data sets used for Change Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Analysis and related artefacts. Ensure data supports the effective delivery of digital transformation activities. Stakeholder & Program Support Coordinate and respond to data requests across projects and programs. Collaborate with Project Managers and key stakeholders to undertake relevant analyses using both internal and external data sources. Support integration of analytical insights into program planning and delivery. Change Management Artefacts & Reporting Participate in the development, review, delivery and evaluation of change management artefacts and materials. Provide recommendations to enhance data quality, accessibility, security and integrity across the program. Produce highquality reports that meet professional standards for timeliness, accuracy and relevance. EvidenceBased Problem Solving Provide analysis and investigative support to answer complex program or changerelated questions. Offer strategic insights to inform the benefits and impacts of transformation initiatives. Work Health & Safety Support the team in adhering to WHS responsibilities. Contribute to identifying, mitigating and managing risks to ensure a safe working environment.
