Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding their presence in the trade sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, strong relationships in the design and architecture industries, and a passion for luxury and design. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client's presence in the A&D market. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, and developers. Promote and educate clients on the unique value and quality of our client's products and services. Collaborate with the design team to develop tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of commercial clients. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats. Represent our client at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or luxury goods sectors. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. A strong network of contacts within the design and architecture industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
