Why You’ll Love This Role Join the team as a Client Advisor and make a real difference. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients entering our clinics. You will be welcoming clients, managing appointments, and providing administrative and financial support to ensure a smooth and professional client experience. What You’ll Do Coordinate client appointments and manage a busy electronic clinic diary Process client payments (EFT, HiCaps, MediPass) Recommend Kieser’s products and services Conduct membership consults Provide administrative support to the leadership and clinical team Answer questions and resolve problems for clients Consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards What We’re Looking For If you thrive in a client-facing environment, exude positivity, and consistently deliver exceptional client experience, we want to hear from you.
