They are looking for a confident, energetic Front of House & Community Host to be the welcoming face of the centre and help create a vibrant professional community. About the Role As the first point of contact for members, visitors and clients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the centre runs smoothly while delivering exceptional service. Your day may include: Greeting members and visitors at reception Answering phone calls, taking messages and responding to emails Assisting with meeting room bookings and enquiries Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring they are clean and ready for clients Handling incoming mail and courier deliveries for member businesses Supporting internal events and community activities Updating member information and records in internal systems Assisting with sales enquiries and centre tours Supporting the team with general administration and operations This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: Friendly, confident and naturally welcoming Well presented with a professional appearance Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face and over the phone Organised and able to multitask during busy periods Reliable, punctual and able to work independently Happy to assist with general office upkeep when required A background in customer service, retail or hospitality is helpful but not essential. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong people skills .
