Job Description A leading IT consultancy is seeking an experienced Transition Project Manager to lead a high-profile client transition. This is a critical engagement requiring strong stakeholder management, structured delivery, and the ability to operate at pace. The Role You will take ownership of a complex service transition, incorporating ITSM capabilities, introducing additional application support services, and managing adjustments to existing team structures. This is a high-visibility role requiring a confident and hands-on leader who can coordinate technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
