To excel in this role, you should possess: Extensive experience in transport infrastructure planning and delivery, supported by relevant qualifications and strong stakeholder management capabilities across complex, high‑value projects. Proven leadership excellence, including the ability to engage, motivate, mentor and coach teams to achieve project outcomes. Highly developed communication and relationship‑building skills, with strengths in written and verbal communication, preparing high‑level responses, and establishing productive stakeholder partnerships and networks. Advanced analytical, organisational and technical skills, including the ability to interpret data, prepare reports, set clear direction, and use business systems effectively to support the delivery of major projects.
