What you will be doing… Your duties will include but are not limited to: Executive Support Provide high-level administrative support to the Director and project team. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage follow-up for internal and external meetings. Coordinate client meetings, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for attendees. Assist with planning and executing project events, tours, and VIP visits. Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment. Documentation & Project Administration Prepare, maintain, and update Schedules of Finishes and other development-related documentation in Excel. Compile, review, and format consultant documentation, including architectural, services, landscape, and interior design schedules. Ensure all project documentation, handover manuals, and marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and professionally presented. Track project action items, deadlines, and approvals, ensuring follow-up and completion across teams. Draft correspondence, reports, and development-related documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to gather project updates and ensure documentation reflects current project status Support Development Managers in maintaining project timelines, and priorities. What you need… Proven experience in executive support experience in the Property industry - ideally Residential Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational skills, structured thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities. It goes without saying that you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, design-driven, and collaborative environment. Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with senior executives, consultants, and clients.
