What you’ll be doing… In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive executive support to the Group Managing Director, helping to drive both operational efficiency and strategic outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a complex and ever-changing diary, including coordinating and negotiating meeting times Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes at senior leadership meetings, and ensuring actions are tracked and completed Organising domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense management Acting as a key point of contact between the executive, senior stakeholders, and internal teams Producing high-quality reports and presentations through thorough research and data collation Supporting the preparation and coordination of reports, briefings, board papers, conferences, and quarterly reviews Championing company culture by modelling the organisation’s values and professional standards Do you have what it takes… To succeed in this role, you will bring: Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, with prior CEO or C-suite support essential Advanced diary management skills with confidence in fully owning and managing your executive’s schedule Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business The resilience and composure to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise High levels of professionalism, confidence, and discretion Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management The ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times What’s in it for you… A career-defining opportunity within a globally recognised organisation Onsite parking provided!
