About the role: A SHAPE Office Manager is to create a fun and seamless office experience for our clients and our people. The role of Office Manager is the face of SHAPE and has full autonomy to run the office. The role includes: Managing incoming calls, email queries, post and filing. Greeting visitors and making everyone feel welcome. Maintaining an immaculate office environment and ensuring supplies (stationery, print room, kitchen snacks) are always stocked. Providing general administrative assistance to the team. Organising and coordinating events - parties, meeting rooms, monthly staff meetings (including PowerPoint preparation). Onboarding for new starters and offboarding leavers. Managing employee milestones celebrations and communications. Processing expenses and diary management for senior leaders.
