Your impact As the Employee Health Management Lead, you will report to our Head of HSW and play a pivotal role in shaping Tabcorp’s holistic approach to employee health, wellbeing and mental health. You will lead proactive prevention and early‑intervention programs, and support employees with both work‑related and non‑work‑related injury, illness and wellbeing needs. Working in partnership with our external providers, you will ensure an integrated, strategic and people‑centred approach to employee health pathways that genuinely uplift our people. In this role, you will: Lead strategic health, wellbeing and mental health programs, with a strong focus on proactive and preventative care Ensure alignment and connectivity across People & Culture and business programs, increasing engagement through a wellbeing lens Drive early intervention to support employees with health, injury, illness and wellbeing challenges Work closely with and provide oversight to our external health, rehabilitation and Workers Compensation partners Support our business and our people through health and wellbeing challenges at times that matter Build strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external health partners Ensure robust compliance with relevant legislation, privacy requirements, safety obligations and best‑practice rehabilitation principles Champion a culture of care, wellbeing, inclusion and psychological safety across the organisation What You’ll Need To Succeed You are a people‑centred leader with the capability to drive strategic health and wellbeing outcomes while managing sensitive and complex cases with professionalism and empathy. You bring sound judgement, resilience and a collaborative approach that supports and empowers others.
