Join us as a PMO Analyst and play a key role in driving successful project and program delivery through strong governance, reporting, planning and system administration, ensuring accurate and timely insights across tools like Jira. With governance at the core, you’ll keep projects aligned to frameworks, approvals and standards while enabling confident decision-making at every stage. About You and the Role: PMO Governance & Delivery Support: Maintain strong governance by upholding PMO standards, coordinating key forums, and ensuring projects meet agreed frameworks and approvals. Jira & Delivery Tool Management: Oversee Jira and delivery tools to ensure high-quality data, consistent workflows, clear reporting, and smooth onboarding of teams and vendors. System Access & Controls: Manage secure, role-based access to delivery tools while supporting onboarding, audits, and resolving user access queries. Reporting & Insights: Deliver clear, executive-ready reporting and insights to track performance, highlight risks, and support informed decision-making. Planning, Financials & Benefits: Support integrated planning and financial tracking to ensure milestones, budgets, and benefits are actively monitored and controlled. Risk, Issue & Change Management: Maintain RAID oversight and manage escalations and change control to minimise risk and protect delivery outcomes. Key Requirements that you bring with you: Strong Jira administration experience (boards, workflows, dashboards, permissions) Experience managing system access and onboarding/offboarding users Advanced Excel and strong attention to detail Experience producing executive-level reporting Strong stakeholder communication skills Desirable: Experience with large transformation or enterprise programs Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments Experience with Confluence, Power BI, MS Project, or Smartsheet Understanding of information security and access controls PMO / PRINCE2 / Agile certification 1–5 years in PMO, project support, or delivery roles So does this sound like you?
