This is a Employer Obligations Consultant role with LeavePlus based in Melbourne, VIC, AU LeavePlus Role Seniority - junior, mid level More about the Employer Obligations Consultant role at LeavePlus As an Employer Obligations Officer, you’ll support compliance by engaging with employers to help them understand and meet their reporting and payment responsibilities. You’ll provide guidance, arrange payments, discuss payment plans, and respond to inquiries about legal notices, ensuring a clear and supportive approach to compliance. What You'll Do Engage proactively with employers to support compliance with reporting and payment obligations under legislation and scheme rules. Lead outbound call campaigns and written communications to encourage timely returns and payments. Work with employers to establish payment arrangements and resolve overdue accounts. Respond to employer enquiries about legal notices and documentation with clarity and confidence. Address and resolve case-related issues and concerns, escalating when needed, while identifying opportunities for process and service improvements. Manage administrative tasks accurately, meeting service and quality targets.
