The Role You will own customer acquisition and revenue growth across a large territory, building a high‑quality sales pipeline and leading opportunities ranging from individual clinicians through to enterprise‑level engagements. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll execute a clear territory plan to deliver ambitious growth objectives. The role will also drive meaningful expansion within existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities aligned to customer needs and clinical workflows. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong customer engagement, deep product knowledge, and the ability to influence across functions. You’ll work closely with the CEO, commercial, and product teams to deliver a seamless, high‑value client experience. You will actively monitor and optimise usage across accounts, identifying under‑utilised segments and leading targeted re‑engagement initiatives that drive adoption and long‑term value. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a proven medical sales professional with a strong track record in pharma or medical devices and an established presence in the NSW cardiology community . You’ll bring trusted relationships with cardiologists and decision‑makers across the state, with additional exposure to the GP market highly regarded. Just as importantly, you’ll be comfortable balancing commercial responsibilities with hands‑on training and customer support to ensure successful adoption and long‑term value.
