Major Sydney financial institution seeks motivated Business Analyst to lead non-bank lending initiatives. Will interface with multiple business and IT stakeholders to assist with high profile clients journeys. Permanent: $150,000 Basee Super. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyse stated business requirements of non-bank lending clients to determine appropriate solutions. Build up a strong business knowledge of key areas in non-bank lending and loan servicing operations. Manage the analysis components of various sized projects to meet clients’ needs and time frames. Evaluate the information gathered through client discussions and heavy business interaction. Effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver business and functional requirements. Act as interface between Software Engineers and business to translate requirements. SELECTION CRITERIA: Minimum 5 years experience in business analysis in non-bank lending and loan servicing. Outstanding presentation, communication and technical writing skills. Demonstrated relationship management skills including facilitation, listening and assessment Understanding of lending business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements. Ability to explain simple and complex ideas to all levels of the business. Ability to create effective new processes to roll-out to entire company.
