Our Urban Development team continues to secure repeat subdivision work across the greater Ipswich region. We’re looking for a Project Engineer who wants real accountability — technically, commercially and operationally. This isn’t a back-office engineering role. You’ll own your projects. What You’ll Be Doing As Project Engineer, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager and site teams to drive delivery across active subdivision projects (roads, drainage, bulk earthworks, services). You’ll take responsibility for: Programming and construction methodology Coordinating supervisors, subcontractors, plant and procurement QA systems, ITP reviews and compliance Monthly forecasting and cost control Variations, scope changes and financial reporting Safety, environmental and legislative compliance Solving complex technical and site challenges You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets and quality expectations — while building a strong, collaborative team culture on site. What We’re Looking For We’re open to experienced Project Engineers or strong Site Engineers ready to step up. You’ll bring: Bachelor of Civil Engineering Proven experience delivering subdivision or civil infrastructure projects Strong financial acumen (forecasting, DJC, variations, cost control) Confidence managing subcontractors and site teams A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Ability to lead from the front and influence outcomes If you enjoy being accountable for results — not just reporting on them — you’ll do well here.
