You will provide technical leadership, certification oversight, and supervision to ensure maintenance outcomes meet operational requirements in support of the Royal Australian Air Force. Lead and supervisean allocatedmaintenance crew to deliver serviceableaircrafton schedule and within budget. Perform, supervise, and certify maintenance and Independent Maintenance Inspections as a CASA/DASA B1 licence holder. Analyse maintenance scope toidentifymanpower, tooling, spares, and facility requirements. Provide technical leadership and certification oversight to support critical path and operational outcomes. Mentor and develop Squadron personnel and apprentices to build capability andmaintaincompliance. Support Part 145 activities including deferred maintenance, risk assessments, audits, and continuous improvement. About You: The ability to obtain andmaintainan AGSVA security clearance at NV1 DASA KC-30A B1 LicenceorCASAA330 B1 Licenceholder Current Human Factors Certificate Demonstrated understanding of external technical and maintenance support networks. Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience inaircraftmaintenance supervision Extensive experience as a transport categoryaircraftmaintenance team lead/supervisor in Line or Base maintenance environments.
