Our Urban Development team has secured a strong pipeline of subdivision projects across the greater Ipswich region, and we’re looking for a Site Engineer who wants more than just a support role. If you enjoy being close to the action, solving real site problems, and working with a team that backs each other — keep reading. What You’ll Be Doing You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Supervisors to: Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors Manage QA, ITPs and compliance documentation Track costs, variations and progress claims Provide short-term programming input Ensure safety standards are upheld Solve problems as they arise on active civil sites This is a hands-on role on active subdivision projects — roads, drainage, services, earthworks. What We’re Looking For We’re open to Engineers with 2–6 years’ experience in civil construction who: Hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Have subdivision or bulk earthworks experience Understand QA and cost tracking processes Can build strong relationships with supervisors and subcontractors Take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do If you’re currently a Project Engineer ready to step into more autonomy — we’d also like to talk.
