About the Role Reporting to senior leadership, you will: Own monthly financial reporting, statutory compliance, and payroll Lead budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, controls, and reporting Establish and oversee enterprise risk management and internal audit frameworks Partner with leaders across the business to support performance and growth What You'll Bring Proven experience in a senior financial or commercial leadership role Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic outcomes Deep knowledge of accounting, payroll, tax, and compliance (Australian IFRS/GAAP) Experience improving ERP systems, processes, and controls Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders What We're Looking For CA or CPA qualified (essential) Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce High integrity, sound judgement, and a hands-on mindset Calm under pressure with the ability to manage competing priorities A values-driven leader who prioritises safety, teamwork, and customer outcomes Why This Role?
