Full-Time Night Shift – Production Supervisor Gepps Cross, Adelaide $85,000 per annum Paid Overtime A well-established linen and textile processing facility in Adelaide is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to oversee its overnight operations. The business provides large-scale commercial linen cleaning services to hospitals, hotels, and other industries, with a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and efficiency. Primary Responsibility You will be responsible for the night shift production team, ensuring the production schedule is met while maintaining strict quality, hygiene, and safety standards. This includes coordinating staff, monitoring workflow, and ensuring operational efficiency across the shift. Hours of Work: Fixed night shift: 8:00pm – 4:30am, Monday to Friday (into Saturday morning) Saturday night work as required (overtime) Future flexibility required to adapt to new equipment and shift structures Key Responsibilities Supervise, allocate, and monitor staff tasks across the production floor Meet nightly production schedules and output targets Oversee quality control to ensure all linen meets hygiene and service standards Maintain WHS compliance and ensure a safe working environment Train, coach, and support staff to improve performance Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during the shift Complete shift reports and communicate with management Skills & Experience Required Proven supervisory experience in production, processing, or manufacturing Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Knowledge of production processes, workflow, and workplace safety Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Flexibility to adapt to future changes in shift structure scr-elisabetta-atkins
