About the Role We are seeking a Senior People & Culture Advisor on a 6 month contract (with the possibility of permenancy) to strengthen our people practices as we scale globally and integrate new teams. You will partner closely with leaders to manage complex employee matters, drive performance and capability, and ensure our people processes are practical, compliant, and aligned to commercial objectives. You’ll thrive if you enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, coaching leaders through complex situations, and delivering meaningful impact in a growing technology environment. As our Senior People & Culture Advisor, you will: Lead complex employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, and restructures. Partner with leaders on workforce planning, recruitment governance, and team effectiveness. Drive execution of the annual performance review cycle and support capability development through competency frameworks and learning pathways. Translate engagement insights into practical culture, retention, D&I, wellness and CSR initiatives. Oversee recruitment delivery and operational HR processes through our offshore P&C Administrator. What You’ll Bring You’re pragmatic, commercially minded, and confident influencing leaders at all levels. You build trust quickly, manage sensitive matters with discretion, and move comfortably between strategy and delivery. You’ll also bring: 5 years’ experience in a People & Culture / HR Advisor or Business Partner role, ideally within a scaling or technology environment. Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations and performance matters end-to-end. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards. Experience overseeing recruitment governance and structured hiring processes. Exposure to HR systems (e.g. Humanforce, Culture Amp) and using people data to inform decisions. Confidence coaching leaders and driving accountability. Experience working with offshore teams, EOR arrangements, or supporting acquisition integration is highly regarded.
